New Fire Lane Stripes.....
People are getting confused about where to park. Just park where you always have. Just don't block the driveway & park between the red fire lane stripes. If the back of your car/truck hangs over the red line, please find a different spot to park in. The new stripes and fencing will be completed soon depending on the weather.
PLEASE TRY AND CARPOOL TO THE MARINA.
Load The Wife, Teenagers & The Groceries Into One Car .
We Seem To Have A Couple Of Boat Owners That Bring Five Cars With Them When They Take Off On A Cruise.
Would You Take That Many Cars Camping?
We Also Had A Owner Recently Take Some Friends Out On A Golfing Holiday And They Left Over Eight Cars Behind.
Remember Our Lots Have To Handle Four Businesses, One Apartment & 109 Slips.
Dogs Must Be On A Leash At All Times When Not On Vessel.
Except For Small Boarding Steps Please Keep All Pesonal Items Off Docks And Walkways. (Kayaks, Fuel Cans, Hoses, Batteries, Building Materials, Canvas, Tenders & Ect)
YOU MUST RUN AN APPROVED WEATHERPROOF SHOREPOWER CORD FROM THE PEDESTAL TO YOUR BOAT!
Standard Extension Cords Conneceted To Your Shorepower Pedestal By An Adapter Are Not Allowed. Just Think For A Moment... Our Power Pedestals Have 30 Or 50 Amp Breakers And Regular Extension Cords Are Only Rated For 15 Amps. It's All To Easy To Exceed The Cords Rated Capacity And Cause A Fire.
At 120 Volts
15 Amps = 1800 Watts = Hair Dryer
30 Amps = 3600 Watts = Two Small Electric Heaters
50 Amps = 6000 Watts = Hot Water Tank, Battery Charger, Electric Heater & Block Heater
Please Try To Keep Your Electrical Load Below 90% Of Your Shorepowers Breaker Capacity.
Always turn your shorepower breaker off at the dock when plugging or unplugging your shorepower cord to prevent electrical arcing.

After Hours And Weekends:
Please Do Not Park Your Car In A Way That Prevents The Travelift (Boat Hoist) From Reaching The Pier. In The Event Of An Emergency Haulout at any time day or night, We Will Have Car(s) Towed In Order To Haul A Vessel In Distress! We Also Scheadule Some Work To Occur After Hours Or Weekends.
You Don't Want To Come Back From A Cruise To Find Your Car Gone.
Double Parking Is Allowed In Some Areas. However Don't Block Someone In Unless You Are Good Friends. Blocking In A Strangers Car Will Result In A Tow.
Where To Look If Your Car Is Missing......
